All steps of this service are performed at no cost to you.
Step 1. Send Us Your Profile
You can do this by uploading a resume on this website or emailing your resume to us.
Step 2. We Will Contact You
Our recruiters will have a chance to review your profile and contact you directly. This will give you the chance to discuss what it is that you are looking for regarding your career. We will be honest. Not every person that sends us a profile will be contacted immediately. However, you will continue on to step 3.
Step 3. You Are Maintained in Our Database
This is extremely significant. Our database contains all the information that we have about you. Only professionals with food and beverage related experience are welcome to join.
Step 4. Contacted With an Opportunity
You will be contacted as opportunities arise that match your area of expertise. You have the option of continuing or not continuing with the process. Your profile is never submitted to one of our client companies unless you opt into the process. Certain candidates we choose to work with on a star marketing basis. This service is usually for professionals that are actively looking to make a career change quickly. Kinsa acts as an agent to promote these selected candidates confidentially to targeted companies.
Step 5. Assessment
This step is critical to deciding if you and our client employer are a match. A discipline-specific Recruiter probes your performance history, your innate aptitudes, your work style, management philosophies, and any personal circumstances that may affect your ability to make a career change. In some cases, you will also be asked to take an online psychological behavioral test that will objectively assess your personality traits and habits related to your performance. Whenever possible we will do an "informal" reference check about you before submitting you to a client employer. This will be used to verify the items discussed in the interview with our Recruiter and the results of the behavioral test. We advise you to always maintain a short list of reliable references, and to even request written letters of reference from them.
Step 6. Evaluation
The Recruiter will present your profile and will act as your representative to the potential employer. They will discuss only the information that is pertinent to this stage of the process. The Recruiter will prepare you with job description specifics, interviewing tips and additional information regarding the company, the position and location, as well as their interviewing process.
Step 7. Employment Agreement
This may be after multiple interviews with one of our client employers. We will prepare both sides with realistic compensation and benefit expectations. Depending on how our client employer asks us to participate, either your Recruiter or our client will extend you the offer. Hopefully, by this point, there will not be much negotiating because your Recruiter will have already expressed to our client employer realistic compensation and benefit expectations. However, if and when necessary, your Recruiter will represent you during this process to satisfy both you and our client company. Either you or your Recruiter will confirm your acceptance of the position to our client company and establish a start date.
Step 8. Resignation
Your Recruiter will walk you through the process of a proper resignation and give you a preview of what to expect from your current employer and prepare you for a minimum stress transition for you and your loved ones.
Step 9. Assimilation
Kinsa will follow-up with you periodically while you're assimilating into your new organization. We will be available to you during any point in the transition and while employed with our client employer for advice, development coaching and confidential feedback discussions.
