Our Process
All steps of service are performed at no cost to you. You don't know who I am!!!

:: Step 1 :: Send Us Your Profile. You can do this by faxing, emailing or mailing a resume to us.

:: Step 2 :: We Will Contact You. Our strategists will have a chance to review your profile and contact you directly. This will give you the chance to discuss what it is that you are looking for regarding your career. We will be honest. Not every person that sends us a profile will be contacted immediately. However, you will continue on to step 3.

:: Step 3 :: You Are Maintained in Our Database. This is extremely significant. Our database contains all the information that we have about you. Only professionals with food and beverage related experience are welcome to join.

:: Step 4 :: Be Star Marketed or Contacted With an Opportunity. Certain candidates we choose to work with on a star marketing basis. This service is usually for higher-level professionals that are actively looking to make a career change quickly. An Executive Search Strategist acts as an agent to promote this candidate confidentially to targeted companies. The majority of the time, you will be contacted as opportunities arise. You have the option of continuing or not continuing with the process. Your profile is never submitted to one of our client companies unless you opt into the process.

:: Step 5 :: Assessment. This step is critical to deciding if you and our client employer are a match. A discipline-specific Search Strategist probes your performance history, your innate aptitudes, your work style, management philosophies, and any personal circumstances that may affect your ability to make a career change. In most cases, you will also be asked to take an online psychological behavioral test that will objectively assess your personality traits and habits related to your performance. Whenever possible we will do an "informal" reference check about you before submitting you to a client employer. This will be used to verify the items discussed in the interview with our Search Strategist and the results of the behavioral test. We advise you to always maintain a short list of reliable references.
As a value-added service to our clients, we have partnered with the firm of Humber, Mundie & McClary, a leader in industrial psychology, to test potential candidates for the "soft" skills. Skills such as communication, leadership, teambuilding, etc., are tested to help us verify that you are being matched with the right opportunity. (Primarily for retained searches)

:: Step 6 :: Evaluation. Your strategist will present your profile and will act as your representative to the potential employer. They will discuss only the information that is pertinent to this stage of the process. Your strategist will prepare you with hard data, interviewing tips and additional information regarding the company, the position and location, and their interviewing process.

:: Step 7 :: Employment Agreement. This may be after multiple interviews with one of our client employers. We will prepare both sides with realistic compensation and benefit expectations. Depending on how our client employer asks us to participate, either your strategist or our client will extend you the offer. Hopefully, by this point, there will not be much negotiating because your strategist will have already expressed to our client employer realistic compensation and benefit expectations. However, if and when necessary, your strategist will represent you during this process to satisfy both you and our client company.
Either you or your strategist will confirm your acceptance of the position to our client company and establish a start date.

:: Step 8 :: Counter Offers and Resignation. Your strategist will coach you on how to deal with counter offers from your current employer. Your strategist will walk you through the process of a proper resignation and give you a preview of what to expect from your current employer and prepare you for a minimum stress transition for you and your loved ones.

:: Step 9 :: Assimilation. Your Search Strategist will follow-up with you periodically while you're assimilating into your new organization. He or she will be available to you during any point in the transition and while employed with our client employer for advice, development coaching and confidential feedback discussions.
