  • Recruiting Service: The Recruiting Service is the Choice package’s most comprehensive offering and features the core steps of our search process – specification, identification, and recruiting. An expert Kinsa Search Strategist creates the Position/Marketing Platform and the web posting. Drawing from the resulting list of approximately 100 targeted companies and titles, a discipline-specific Recruiter executes the search, pre-qualifies, and ranks the preliminary list of recruited candidates.   • Online Behavioral Assessment: A Kinsa Search Strategist will test your chosen candidates or employees with a highly accredited Type C Behavioral Assessment through our Psychological Testing Partners. As a proven hiring tool, this assessment will offer you objectivity in your hiring decision and a foundation for future career development.


  • Psychological Interview and Assessment: Kinsa’s Business Psychology partners conduct a face-to-face interview with your candidate or employee applying behavioral, aptitude, and personality testing. The results provide you with an objective and professional analysis, of whether the person is capable of performing successfully in a specified position. It will also provide results on the person's strengths,weaknesses and most importantly, the person's capacity for management and leadership.


  • Salary Survey: You specify the criteria: industry sector, geography, number of years experience, position title, and/or degree status. We match the criteria against compensation information, less than 1 year-old, in our proprietary database of approximately 100,000 active food and beverage professionals. You receive low-average-high salaries for the position title as well as a breakdown on bonus structures.


  • Reference Checking: In-depth reference checks can avert costly hiring mistakes. Ours deliver beyond the traditional names and dates of employment and salary.
