Led a team to develop and implement one common electronic system for purchasing and managing company MRO spare parts. SAP was utilized as main platform and an Enterprise catalog was developed and implemented to overlay SAP to standardize configuration and identification of MRO parts. This was a multi-year project that involved 54 manufacturing sites within the company. Project was completed on time, within budget, eliminated 8,900 duplicate parts, reduced overall inventory by 171,000 parts and delivered $6MM+ above expectations for productivity.
