The differentiator with Kinsa Group was the attention to the scope of what we were seeking, which in itself was a challenge. Too many of your competitors would send what they have on the books as opposed to holding back because the fit was not there. Your approach was great because it did not waste time and more importantly did not encourage a decision which in the medium term would not have been for the benefit of the business.
