Director of Quality Assurance (California, Open to Relocation) – Meat, Dairy & Beverage 


Seeking a role as: This candidate has done very well in his career and is looking for Sr. Manager, Director of VP level Quality Assurance positions

In Location: Currently resides in California and will relocate to other states


  • Was most recently a Director of Quality Assurance in the further meat processing category.
  • Has experience in further meat processing, dairy, beer and aseptic/acidified aseptic processing.
  • FS&Q program development: PRP, PM, cGMP, SOP, SSOP, recall, CCP, CCP support documentation
  • Facility design, HACCP systems validation and certification – FSIS/USDA
  • OpEx, materials sourcing and supplier verification of all ingredients, packaging, process aids
  • Excellent leadership skills with progressive career development

Compensation: This candidate is targeting, depending on location/cost of living 110-140k

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, minoring in Chemistry and Food Engineering
