Director of Sales/National Sales Manager (New York, open to relocation) – CPG
Highly motivated and well-rounded Sales Executive with over 20 years’ experience with CPG lines, a solid record of driving growth, achieving goals, through brand development, product line launches and sales network structure. Demonstrated leadership competencies, including dealing with ambiguity, strong communication skills, drive for results, customer focus and composure.
•Established sales network to launch brands, nationally and regionally. Managed the selection and training of retail food brokers, distributor and sales team.
•Successful experience across channels, grocery, mass merchandiser, drug, club stores and departments, grocery, deli, frozen for both Regional and National Accounts.
•Ability to manage business, direct to retailer, through distributors and DSD (Direct Store Delivery), achieve targeted goals and build relationships.
•Management of business through detailed analysis of market research data, sales, spin reports, space allocation, merchandising and general market information such as, competitive landscape.
EDUCATION: M.B.A., Marketing from Adelphi University.
LOCATION PREFERENCE(S): Open to relocation but prefers New York, NY, East coast.
COMPENSATION TARGET: Open to discuss.
