Food Safety/Quality Assurance Senior Manager/Director.  Located in Southern California, targeting employment in LA, Orange County, San Diego, or San Bernardino.  Sauces, jams and jellies, oils, butter blends, healthy beverages, cheeses, dressings, salsas, vegetables, fruits, IQF fruits and grains, salads, croutons, condiments, dips and soups.

Over 10 years of food safety/quality assurance management experience.  Experience managing multiple locations as well as large teams.  Well versed in application of statistical process control; laboratory operations; development, implementation, and revision of quality policies and procedures; internal, customer, and third-party audits; supplier audits, environmental programs, customer complaints, testing requirements, hazardous waste management.

-MS Food Science
-PCQI, SQF, HACCP, and Six Sigma trained/certified
