4 years of Food Technologist/Science experience with a global Food Ingredients manufacturer, including Bakery applications, Biotechnology, Fermentation, and Enzymes.

R&D Experience:

  • Developed new and improved protypes for customers manufacturing bakery products.
  • Collaborated with sales and customers on enzyme analysis, troubleshooting, solution development, and training.
  • Pilot and lab scalability with fermentation operations.

Education: MS Food Science

Location: Midwest (Renting and open to relocation anywhere in US)

Salary: $80-90K
