•Developed and implemented a go-to-market plan for upstart snacking brand’s introduction into retail including creation of sales presentations, building a national broker network and trade marketing budget for all channels factoring in the constraints of the company’s cash flow
•Singlehandedly developed and executed national sales strategy to grow startup snacking brand from $34k a month to over $1.1 million per month in 12 months time, achieved over 450% growth in the first 12 months with the company through gaining and expanding placement in retailers, such as Walmart, Ahold Delhaize, Rite Aid, Wakefern, Hy-Vee, Sprouts, Giant Eagle, The Fresh Market, as well as, gaining placement in national distributor warehouses, such as, KEHE & UNFI
•Developed national retail strategy to transition snacking brand from single serve pouches in produce department into multipack format for applesauce category within the grocery department to overcome national brand declines because of consumer behavior and buying patterns
•Created brand P&L to ensure the transition from produce to center store would be profitable, as well as sustainable, considering all aspects of the go-to-market strategy including freight cost, production costs, trade rate, brokerage rate, distributor cost, slotting and retail margin
•Led sales team to execute newly designed strategy of transition from produce to grocery which resulted in gaining distribution of multipacks into key retailers including BJs, Ahold, Ingles, Acme and Wakefern, resulting in over $2.9mm for the brand at retail

COMPENSATION TARGET: $190k+ Base Salary with 25%+ Bonus
