Operation-Project Manager (Open to Relocation) – Produce

Operations leader in the produce category looking for Director or VP-level positions.

• Experience with a single plant operation including farm and warehouse
• Results-driven supply chain leader
• Experienced with small to mid-sized plant operations
• Excellent leadership with manager-level direct reports in production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, etc.
• Experience with CI and Lean principles, holding CI Manager level positions
• Has excellent technical aptitude with an engineering background

Education: Electrical Engineering
Location: Currently in CA and is looking to get more east
Compensation Target: 150-165k base, bonus opportunity
