Quality Audit Supervisor  (Atlanta- open to relocation) – Food Manufacturing

 

Food Safety Quality Management Professional with over 10 years of SQF, Auditing, Research, Data Analysis, and Standardization experience. Leader of QA teams responsible for monitoring the execution a food safety and quality program at co-pack facilities.

•Successfully led quality teams consisting of Quality Technicians,  Microbiologists, and Quality Leads across multiple shifts.
•Implemented 1% overfill policy that saved employer $300,000 annually.
•Launched QA and organic program at co-packer’s start-up facility.
•Conducted lot traces and mass balances for regulatory and 3rd party audits (QAI, GFSI, Kosher, FDA, etc.).
•Updated specification sheets to reflect proper analytical data to ensure proper product delivery; reducing year over year processing errors by 75%.
•Coached, trained and mentored both internal and 3rd party Co-Packers on daily quality processes.
•Bachelor of Science in Biology ~ Molecular Cell/Genetics Concentration; Minor, Chemistry.
•PCQI , SQF Practitioner, and HACCP Certification.

Open to relocation but prefers Southeast (Georgia, Florida, North Carolina.

Compensation Target: $85,000 (depending on cost of living).
