R&D/Product Development professional is seeking a new role.  Currently renting, easy to relocate.  15 years of experience across a variety of food products.  Experience encompasses concept development/formulation, production scaleups/commercialization, and marketing launch while working with both internal and customer teams.  Solid project management skills (Stage Gate) and team leadership of direct reports.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Certified Culinary Scientist

Additional Key Skills include customer/executive presentations, sustainable development, PLM/SAP/MS Office software, marketing research/testing/screenings, collaboration with 3rd party marketing agencies, strategic road maps, management of global timelines, packaging process improvement, ingredient sourcing, product development lab set-up, sensory evaluation, Genesis software, analytical testing
