In-depth knowledge of all aspects within the entire supply chain processes: including building distribution networks from the ground up. Experience implementing programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and national regulatory transportation programs: DOT, ELD, EPA, FMCSA, OSHA, Primus, Smart way, and C-TPAT.

•Directed entire reorganization of facilities. Replaced outdated operational processes and reversed declining customer base and revenue, returning sites to profitability.
•Reconfigured staffing levels and shift operations to reduce overtime and increase efficiency.
•Increased Order volume & margins 22% by introducing new customer costing and volume platforms that reflect updated facilities and accreditations.
•Directed all customer-based US Transportation and Logistics and Imports; $350 million+ gross revenue per year.
•Responsible for Cold storage facility & national 3PL facility oversight. Contract labor and inventory & distribution. Proprietary and 3 party packing and re-packing programs.
