Sr. Exec VP Sales – Snack Foods, Bakery, National and Private Label


Results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing executive with a passion for transformation, consistently delivering shareholder value through effective customer, brand, and organizational leadership.

Seeking a role as: Senior VP of Sales, Head of Sales, VP of Sales, open to + travel and multi-plant operations.

Notable Accomplishments:

  • Transformed the largest region, taking it from worst-to-first by rebuilding trust with region sales team, independent distributors, manufacturing, operations, and headquarters cross-functional support team.
  • Developed a comprehensive marketing, sales, and co-manufacturing revitalization plan, reversing double-digit declines and laid the groundwork for share gains in year two.
  • Managed over $800M in annual business including both National and Private Brands. Lead a team consisting of a Vice President, Senior Director of Sales, Trade Analyst and 13 Business Managers calling on the Grocery, Mass, Ecommerce, Drug, & Military channels

Size of Company Opportunity: Open to medium-large Family-owned, Private Equity owned, Private or Public companies as well as start-ups. Sweet spot is transformations.

  • Experience in Snack Foods, and Bakery but open to all categories

Compensation: Base of $250K + bonus +equity or stock options

Location: Chicago and Indianapolis
