Vice President/Sr. Director, Operations and Manufacturing, Beverages (West Coast)
Highly motivated and experienced executive skilled in orchestrating operations and strategic planning, with focused experience in team leadership, manufacturing and production operations, process improvement, and safety. Responsible for enabling rapid multi-site portfolio growth within Operations.
- Scaling growth across complex portfolios of beer, hard apple cider, sugar-based seltzers, non-alcoholic sodas, frozen treats, and spirits at multiple sites across the US and Mexico.
- Responsible for $135,000,000 annual P&L and cashflow management
- Deep experience managing over 100+ people across all plant departments, from Safety, Brewing Production, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Maintenance and Engineering
- Large project management: from CAPEX design, procurement, installation and commissioning of bottling and canning lines, large vessels and equipment and plant structures to Quality and Food Safety Management, based on SQF Standard
Education: BS, Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration
Location Preferences: West Coast – Northern California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia
