Skilled in strategic product pipeline development & execution, cross-functional team leadership, manufacturing operations, food ingredient functionality, and contract manufacturing.

  • Successfully designed and implemented a three-to-five-year customer-centered product pipeline.
  • Implemented “LEAN Stage-Gate” process as part of Business Process Improvement Initiative that ensured effective prioritization, effective allocation of resources, and reducing average cycle time-to-market
  • Established collaborative internal and external innovation partnerships to maximize utilization of fish waste streams with potential to create a multi-million-dollar growth opportunity while delivering on sustainability goals.
  • Fostered a culture of Innovation by establishing enterprise-wide innovation tools

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Process Engineering, PhD Food Science, MBA
Location: This candidate currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and is open to relocation pending location

Compensation Target: 250k+, bonus opportunity, LTI
