Seeking a role as: Human Resources Executive in food manufacturing company, with a North American presence in the Better For You product category ideally

In Location: Currently living in Chicago, Illinois (no relocation)

Skills: Accomplished Human Resources and People Leader with a proven record of accelerating sustainable growth with business-driven HR strategies in high performing manufacturing and service industries.

•         Her $2+ billion region includes 4,000 people across 6 countries in North and South America food production and supply chain.

•         Lead strategic HR agenda from the Chicago HQ with a team of 11 direct reports including 65 HR professionals and 12 office service covering 24 locations and union/non-union employees.

•         M&A – Oversaw multiple due diligence business cases; one large acquisition with successful integration of people, processes, and products.

•         Design and implementation of strategic total reward programs. Goal to deliver maximum total rewards to attract, motivate and retain employees while minimizing employer costs – included salary structure, benefits, retirement plan, etc.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on company size and responsibilities but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives

Education: BSBA from University of Illinois, MBA
