Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager (Chicago) – Fortune 200 CPG, Food & Beverage

Seeking a role as: Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager

Location – Chicago area/remote

An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner and strategic thought leader with fifteen years of proven success delivering revenue, profit, and market share objectives within the food & beverages industry at Fortune 200 CPG companies. Strong cross functional business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations: skilled in advancing a strategic financial agenda while maintaining a flexible and collaborative approach. Broad expertise across Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Revenue Management.

• Delivered profitable growth through analysis of consumer, category, competitive, and channel dynamics
• Budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and ROI
• Worked cross-functionally to plan and execute multi-year pricing & promotional strategy to drive trade efficiency, topline growth, and net price realization
• Partnered with Sales Strategy, Sales Finance and Sales to develop, recommend, and gain business alignment on key investment initiatives

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $150K – 175K range plus bonus
