Accomplished leader with over 19 years of experience in the Food industry, and 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Experience & Skills:
· Master’s degree in Food Science
· Executive leadership certification from Cornell University
· Has experience with NPD, CPG launches, ingredient sales, strategic planning
· Has experience with large companies as well as start ups
· Technology development, cross functional collaboration, customer centric product development
· Experienced with project management
· Employee mentoring and development
Location: Currently resides in Wisconsin and is open to an hour commute.
Compensation Target: The candidate is targeting 175k on the base with additional bonus opportunity
