Human Resources Executive – VP – Director Chicago area or remote
HR leader with extensive experience in hospitality in both restaurants and luxury hotels. In addition, experience working in transportation/logistics, retail, convenience store and fuel stations, and technology, including fortune 50 company. Has a passion for coaching a professional team, resulting in increased success for all.
•Experience supporting over 60 locations and 4000 + team members all over the USA, in charge managing acquisitions of locations into management, with 60 day acquisition plan.
•Creates “Center of Excellence” with building relationships and educating team resulting in millions of savings in workers compensation, medical and dental benefits and unemployment claims.
•Project Manager for several HRIS/Payroll systems: ADP; SAP; Ceridian; Paycor; Paylocity; Kronos (now UKG); Paychex and other smaller brands.
•Certifications: Change Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Trainer/Facilitator.
•EDUCATION: BS degree from Purdue University
LOCATION PREFERENCE(S): Open to remote or hybrid in Chicago, IL area; may consider relocation
COMPENSATION TARGET: $150-180k plus benefits on W2
