R&D Product Developer/Food Technologist (East coast, or Relocation to West coast) – Cooked & Processed Foods, Shelf-Stable


Enterprising, detail- oriented and ambitious R&D Product Developer/Food Technologist experienced in cooked and processed foods as well as acidified shelf-stable products


  • Bench to Commercialization, formulation, regulatory compliance
  • Qualitative and Quantitative tests of pH, Acidity, Brix, viscosity.
  • Headed up Regulatory department (Non-GMO, Organic, Plant-based certifications.
  • Oversee plant trials and create trial reports.
  • Creation of nutrition labels, technical specifications for products.
  • Aided in completion of major cost-op project involving bbq sauces, plant-based veggie burger patties.


Education: Master of Science – Food Science, Bach. of Eng. – Biotechnology Engineering

Location:   Currently on East coast, looking to move to West coast, open to re-location, hybrid, or onsite
