Technical Sales Director (Nebraska) – Meat industry
Experienced Technical Sales/Senior Food Scientist with a solid history of working in the production of meat products. Strong Animal Science background with knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis, Food Science, HACCP, and Food Preparation.
- Manage development, implementation, and commercialization of new ground beef products (fresh and frozen) for national fast food restaurant chains
- Managed projects through development and menu creation process, including validation, consumer panels, and final approval, conforming with customer, regulatory, and company process requirements
- Statistics subject matter expert, including expertise in design of experiments and data analysis such as multiple regression, mixed models, multivariate statistics, and categorical data
Seeking a role as: Director of Technical Sales, Sales Director
Education: PhD and MS – Animal Science
Compensation: Open to a package commensurate with the responsibilities of the position. Flexible six-figure base upwards of $140,000 expected, plus bonus
