• 20+ years in R&D/Innovation, 15 years in Global Innovation, and 15+ years in Senior Leadership Roles
• Over this time created 4,472 products, generated 557.1M in sales, cost savings combined 24.16%
• 64% of items created were on existing equipment, 17% with contract manufacturers and 19% with new equipment opportunities.
• Career dedication with cross-functional support in Quality Assurance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Packaging and Legal and external resources.
• Have worked around the world and led global teams across 4 continents simultaneously.

Education: AOS Confectionary & Pastry Arts
Compensation: 285K+, based on role, responsibilities, and location.
