VP of Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory and EHS (Southeast, Wisconsin) – Baking, Snacks, Meat, Confection

 

Seeking a role as: VP or Director of FSQA in a food processing company with a passion for quality.
In Location: Southeast Wisconsin (from Madison to Milwaukee) or into Northern Illinois

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with food production and distribution, including meat, refrigerated foods, confectionery, baking and snacks
  • Adept at developing and implementing robust strategies to ensure quality and food safety compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; managed direct reports of up to 4 and up to 28 total departmental personnel in regulatory, sanitation, EHS and quality)
  • Budget responsibility in both small and mid-sized food processing companies, including vendor management
  • HACCP, FDA, EPA, SQF, PCQI, establishing KPI’s for food safety and product quality, FSMA and Regulatory compliance, audit preparedness

Compensation: $140-150,000 range

Education:  BS in Biology
