Multi-Unit Operations/Project Manager (Northeast IL/Southeast WI) – Restaurant, Entertainment, and Hospitality

 

Seeking a role as: Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, Project Manager or similar – Restaurant, Entertainment, or Hospitality industry.

In Location: Cary, Illinois – Currently not open to relocation.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience including 30+ years of operational management experience specializing in employee and business development.
  • Skills including (but not limited to):
    • Project Management (successfully opened three restaurants in a 7-month period)
    • Profit and Loss management / Forecasting & budgeting
    • Team building & mentoring / Training and Program development.
  • Managed teams of up to 200+ team members at one time
  • Responsible for product portfolios of $3.5mm – $40mm revenue
  • Classically trained in business management, operational efficiency, sales / revenue growth, leadership, and team building.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $95,000 range plus incentives

 

Education:  BS in Business Management – Northern Illinois University
