Director Sales Strategy, Analytics (Chicago) – High Growth Food CPG Brands


Growth analytics leader with extensive experience launching & leading high-performing teams at multiple, high-growth consumer companies (mid & large sized, public, and PE-backed). Identifies & executes in areas often not previously explored; socializes actionable insights to influence decisions, prioritize focus, and challenge established beliefs; excels in building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and developing talent.

Areas of expertise include: retailer sell-in, product & portfolio management, PPA, all stages of innovation development, pricing & trade optimization, marketing mix optimization, market testing, reporting & analytics infrastructure, recruiting & developing top talent, BOD/PE/investor relations

Located in Chicago, open to Chicago-based and remote opportunities, open to travel 1 week/month.

Current salary at $215k + Bonus.
