VP / Director of Marketing (Chicago metro or Relocation) – Food & Beverage Ingredients, Nutritional Health and Wellness products

 

Seeking a role as: Vice President of Marketing, Director of Marketing or Sr. Marketing Manager at a B2B or B2C food/beverage or ingredient company.

In Location: Currently living in Chicago, IL suburbs and open to relocation to North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Oregon, Michigan, and others or remote work option.

Skills:

  • Extensive marketing experience with specialty food/beverage ingredients and
    consumer products.
  • Experience with private equity backed companies and corresponding rebranding efforts.
  • Strategic thinker with Fortune 500 experience.
  • Managed teams of up to five direct reports.
  • Responsible for product portfolios of $800M revenue.
  • Core competencies include building corporate and product brand equity; developing marketing strategy; brand management; team leadership; key stakeholder communication; corporate rebranding expertise; demand generation; inbound/outbound marketing; consumer segmentation/trend analytics; digital marketing; event planning; product innovation; new customer acquisition; corporate communications; social media marketing; lead generation.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and level of responsibilities but most recently at $200,000 base salary plus incentives. Open to conversations of base compensation over $150,000.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Columbia College in Chicago, IL
