VP of Food Service Operations and Sales (Southern California or Relocation) – Meats, Restaurants


Seeking a role as: VP of Sales/VP of Operations for dining groups, multi-unit restaurant locations, and food service.

In Location: Currently living in Ventura, California and open to relocation within the USA.


  • 12 years of experience in meat products. 8 years of experience in dining/culinary management.
  • Skills include culinary strategy, business development, sales, marketing strategy, brand development, production management, customer retention, team builder, time management, team management, goal and result driven.
  • Managed 3 teams of 40 direct reports.
  • Responsible for product portfolios of $10 million dollars a year.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $180-200,000 range plus incentives

Education:  Bachelor of Culinary Business Management from Le Cordon Bleu College (2017)
FIDM – Marketing and Merchandising (2005)
